Hey Mo. I’m really digging your content. You are getting much more comfortable with the medium, and I really appreciate non-judgmental opinions about books, especially ones I would not come across in my own wanderings.
You (and Mary too) are truly carrying the book torch for your generation of Pestas. The boys not so much, at least not yet… My sister and I were (are) faithful bookies, something we learned at home from our parents. And I still remember my dad’s mother Muriel and her book collection. She had a whole room of shelves, and a back staircase full of the overflow…
In March I have been rereading Cixin Liu’s trilogy, “Ready Player One” as my commute read, and going back over parts of Benedict XVI’s book on Holy Week. I’m still trying to wrap my head around his discussion of when Passover took place. Matthew, Mark and Luke say it was Thursday that week, which is pretty standard. When you read John, it’s pretty obvious that he says the Passover was on Friday. Tomayto, tomahto, but there are some pretty significant ramifications to those differences and some fascinating conclusions… Anyway, it’s pretty interesting to me.
Keep up the reviews Mo, what a great hobby! You’re giving me inspiration to begin my own online presence. Not sure what form that will take, but I’m going to have some time on my hands soon due to my travel schedule, so who knows? At least I’ll get more reading done… Love you!

Thanks for sharing your reads with me as well, that’s really what all this sharing is about!

      I love you too!
